Abstract

Research proposes a hybrid slicing methodology for the Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) of complex architectural components. A custom-designed bow window was used as the case study to validate the slicing, toolpath generation, and fabrication processes in AlSi5 and SS316L.
